3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property created by iPromo Social Media & Design, including but not limited to designs, graphics, branding assets, marketing materials, and digital content, remains the property of iPromo Social Media & Design unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive licence to use final approved materials for their intended business purposes. Unauthorised reproduction, resale, or modification without written consent is prohibited.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and timely information, assets, and approvals
Ensure they have the rights to use any content supplied to iPromo
Comply with all relevant laws and regulations applicable to their business and industry
5. Cancellation Policy
All clients (past, present, and future) are bound by the following cancellation terms:
A minimum of one (1) month written notice via email is required to cancel any ongoing services.
In the absence of such notice, the client agrees to pay an amount in lieu of notice equivalent to one (1) month of services. This amount will be calculated based on the average value of work performed over the preceding three (3) months.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in individual agreements or invoices. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
7. Limitation of Liability
iPromo Social Media & Design is not liable for:
Any indirect or consequential loss
Business losses resulting from website downtime, third-party platforms, or external factors
Legal compliance issues arising from client-provided content
8. Acceptance of Terms
Engagement with iPromo Social Media & Design constitutes acceptance of any terms.
